ZEN*GA was designed to stimulate the fascial system in a flowing sequence of movements using stability props and STOTT PILATES equipment, such as the V2Max Reformer. The combination of STOTT PILATES and ZEN*GA, (either in group mat classes or private sessions) will allow my clients to explore a new form of fitness practice allowing their bodies to feel hydrated, rejuvenated and enhance their stability!
